Well I've decided to jump on the bandwagon of "I don't like deviantART's user agreement so I'm not going to compromise the rights to my own work". Sorry 'bout that but I'm at a point where I feel it's more risky. Maybe when I get around to printing the copyright directly into the electronic image, I'll start posting again. My scraps will remain online until I feel like taking the time to remove them. I will probably still log on and check out artwork and add it to my favorites. I find some wonderful and inspiring stuff here.

I've posted my latest work and within the description I'd written about spending time with a boyfriend in the hospital. I forgot to add into the description that he did, in fact, turn out to be okay and it was really just a glitch on the CAT scan and it took them two whole days to do an MRI. That's Lawrence General Hospital for you. Thanks all!

Wow. I don't understand this. In one day my Blue Bones painting received abou 35 favorites in 3 or 4 hours and it hit its 1,000th view! So they gave me a discount on a print account. Methinks I will do something with it. So far I haven't got anything set up in the right format but I will soon submit things for printing.

Well, as you can see I haven't been posting any finished work (because I haven't finished anything.) I've got lot's of slow starts going. Right now I've been learning to spin poi. You can see some cool pics of that here: [link]

My boyfriend takes the photos and not all of them are of me. In fact most of them are just of the group especially since i'm a novice. But I love the line qualities in the photos.

Yay! I hit 1000 page views in my sleep! I know, I know, you all want more work from me. I've got two new bone paintings in the works (only one of which is actually working) but it will be a long while before I post the finished work. I'm considering throwing up some photos of the initial works in my scraps though. So keep an eye out for that.
